Potato slices stewed with thousands of sheets
Overview
My husband is an authentic Northeastern person and likes Northeastern food the most. Today I suddenly wanted to eat potato slices stewed with dried tofu. I happened to have these two ingredients in the refrigerator. I used them to make a plate. It felt really good!

Slice potatoes and wash

Thousands of slices cut into strips

Prepare onions, ginger, and sliced meat

Blanch potato slices and qianzhang separately

Blanch and set aside

Add oil to the wok and sauté the star anise pepper until fragrant

Add dried chili pepper, onion and ginger and saute until fragrant

Lower the meat slices

Fry until it changes color, add light soy sauce

Add potato slices and stir-fry

Put dried tofu shreds

Add water and simmer for a while, then take it out of the pot

Serve on a plate and sprinkle with chili oil
