Lasagne
Overview
Lasagne is a very famous dish in Italy and recommended to all over the world, so it is a big dish~ The recipe is super authentic~ My husband does not eat beef, so I used pork instead of beef in the recipe. I recommend this recipe for two people to eat. Although it may be a little small, I feel that I will easily get tired of it if I eat too much

Ingredients
Steps
-
Add 100g flour to an egg and a little salt and make a dough (this is about the amount for one adult, twice as much for two people, and so on)
-
Melt the butter in a non-stick pan and then add the milk (I added nutmeg powder to the milk) and flour, stirring constantly, add an appropriate amount of salt until it becomes thick, nutmeg must be added! Because this kind of sauce tastes particularly fragrant
-
Set aside
-
Then cook the ragu sauce...melt an appropriate amount of butter, add diced celery, radish, and onion and stir-fry until fragrant, add a little salt, black pepper, a small cup of red wine, add an appropriate amount of water and cook for ten minutes (the specific tutorial is in the spaghetti bolognese I posted)
-
Set aside (please imagine this is beef beef beef😂)
-
After the dough has been left for about half an hour, it will be easy to roll out and cut into two thin slices. The shape will depend on your baking pan
-
A layer of ragu sauce at the bottom
-
One level
-
A layer of creamy sauce
-
Another layer of ragu
-
Another level, and then repeat the above steps
-
Sprinkle an appropriate amount of dry cheese on the meat sauce (some people will also put an appropriate amount of mozzarella cheese, depending on personal preference). Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and bake for 25 minutes
-
I changed the color and it looks more like it’s made from beef~~Hahahaha
