Overview

Because I like the fragrance of cucumbers, I like to use cucumbers instead of lettuce when making sandwiches. For breakfast, a sandwich is paired with a bowl of soy milk. It is delicious and nutritious. It is quick and easy to make. It is a good choice for office workers who are pressed for time.

  1. Prepare the ingredients and clean the cucumbers.

  2. Pour a little olive oil, fry the eggs, ham slices, sprinkle salt and black pepper on top of the eggs.

  3. After frying, put it on a plate and let it dry for a while. Peel the cucumber and slice it into pieces, about the same length as toast.

  4. Spread tomato sauce on toast.

  5. Add cucumber and fried eggs.

  6. Stack another piece of toast on top and spread salad dressing on it.

  7. Add ham and cucumber.

  8. Then add another piece of toast and spread tomato sauce on it. (A bit too much!)

  9. Then add fried eggs and cucumbers!

  10. Finally cover with a piece of toast. Doesn’t it look very thick from the side?

  11. Cut diagonally!

  12. Pair it with a bowl of grain and soy milk, and a delicious and nutritious meal is ready!
