Rolled bread
Overview
It should be said that my original intention of making this bread was good, and I planned to make it into a roll shape, but because the tail end was not closed properly, it fell apart when it was fermented to double in size. After fermenting the bread, I didn't dare to brush it carefully with egg wash. I just swept it a few times and the ugly wife went into the oven. The baked bread is actually not as bad as the picture I took. It looks like a flower with roots and stems, but I can't express it.
