Prepare ingredients

Use a kitchen knife to cut off the bottom of the big steak

Use a kitchen hammer to lightly tap both sides, or the back of a kitchen knife

Add a tea and a half of cooking wine, two teaspoons of light soy sauce, pepper, scallions and ginger, mix well and marinate for fifteen minutes

Spread a layer of cornstarch evenly on the marinated ribs

Coat it with another layer of egg wash

Then evenly coat in bread crumbs and let rest for five minutes

Pour an appropriate amount of base oil into the pan and heat it until it is 50% hot, then fry the pork chops (medium heat throughout)

Fry until golden brown on both sides, remove and control oil

Remove from the pan and cut into strips
