Double pepper loofah
Overview
The loofahs grown in my parents' yard were picked when they were tender. I fried one of them for each meal and it was just right. It was very light and delicious. With the addition of red and green peppers, it was beautiful in color and more appetizing.

Peel the skin, cut into hob pieces and soak in light salt water for a while.

Cut the red and green peppers into diagonal pieces.

Heat the oil in the pot and add green pepper to make it fragrant.

Add loofah.

When the loofah is fried until soft, add oyster sauce and salt to taste and serve.
