Poor Man's Cornbread
Overview
When I was very young and still have vague memories, if I could eat white bread, it would be during the Chinese New Year and festivals. Cornmeal was the most common and common staple food every day. As life gets better and better, I miss simple meals even more, especially jade bread, which is my favorite now. This is ground cornmeal grown by my sister in the countryside, and it is even more original food.

Steps
-
First, scald the cornmeal in 80-90 degree boiling water and add a little baking soda.
-
Pour in the white flour and add an appropriate amount of cold water. Add it gradually and don't mix it too much. Otherwise, the bag will not be good and it will break easily. If you add too much water, you can add more white flour.
-
Reconciled dough. The light was sufficient, it looks white, but it is actually light yellow

You can make any seasonal vegetables. Today I made radish vegetables. Wash them in boiling water.
-
I don’t eat fatty meat, but diced lean meat. I use salt, five-spice powder, minced ginger, and cooking wine. Simmer the minced green onions and light soy sauce first.
-
Chop the radish greens into small pieces without breaking them too much.
-
Put the chopped vegetables and diced meat together, add salad oil, salt, stir well, you can add dried shrimps and vermicelli (must be cooked and cut in advance).

Today's radish dish was over-steamed by accident. It needs to be green to taste. I use a pressure cooker. The SAIC valve will usually take up to 5 minutes depending on the type of dish. An ordinary pot will usually take 12-18 minutes after boiling
