Curry Beef Noodles
Overview
It’s simple and easy to make, and it’s perfect for slow cooks like me (I often don’t have time to add this or that when cooking). Curry is actually better paired with rice, but I have to have someone at home who wants to eat noodles~

Prepare beef cut into cubes and blanch, carrots and potatoes into cubes, ginger and garlic, udon noodles, and curry cubes

Add oil, stir-fry ginger and garlic, add beef and stir-fry, add a spoonful of cooking wine

Pour in potato and carrot cubes and stir-fry. The fried potatoes will be more delicious

Add water to cover the vegetables and cook for 10-15 minutes

When cooking, you can cook the udon noodles in a separate pot. The udon noodles are very cooked, so don’t cook them for a long time

Add the curry cubes and cook for another 5-10 minutes, stirring in between to prevent lumps at the bottom

Add udon noodles and stir-fry to reduce the juice
