Chop the ribs into pieces, soak them in water to remove the blood and drain (soak for at least 3 hours, changing the water several times in between until the blood is completely soaked).

Add the barbecued pork sauce and mix well, cover with plastic wrap and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

Pour a little oil into the pot, add the marinated pork ribs and stir-fry evenly.

Add warm water until the ribs are covered, bring to a boil over high heat, then turn to medium-low heat and simmer for about 40 minutes.

When the soup becomes less, turn to high heat to reduce the juice.

Cook until the soup is almost dry.
