King oyster mushroom slices

Cut celery diagonally into 2cm thick pieces

Onion cut into strips

Marinate the lean meat with cornstarch and light soy sauce

Pour appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add onion first and sauté until fragrant

Pour in the pork and stir-fry until cooked through

Pour in celery and king oyster mushrooms, stir-fry

Add salt
-
Appropriate amount of black pepper (I like more pepper)

Pour in half a bowl of water, cover the pot and simmer for 8 minutes

Before serving, add a little soy sauce to taste

Stir well and it’s ready to serve!
