Overview

In this weather, I really don’t want to cook, and always want to have some cold dishes. My family is a spicy food lover, and this dish has a spicy aroma. This dish is Bangbang shredded chicken modified according to my own taste. The authentic chicken breast is used, but I feel that the meat of the chicken legs will be more tender.

  1. Prepare chicken legs

  3. Knot the chives and put them into the pot

  4. Add ginger

  5. Add cooking wine to remove the fishy smell and cook for 10 minutes
