Easy and Quick Applesauce

Overview

The apples I bought in the supermarket a few days ago were not crisp enough and we didn't like them, so I used them to make jam, which is good for spreading on bread or rolling cake rolls. Just heat it in the microwave for 3 minutes, it's really easy and quick.

1. 1 Clean the apples

   

2. 2 Peel the apple

   

3. 3 Core the apple and cut into small pieces

   

4. 4 Use a juicer to blend apple chunks

   

5. 5 The squeezed juice can be drank directly as a drink. I used it to make wine with sugar

   

6. 6 The remaining pomace is used to make jam

   

7. 7 Pour the pulp into the bowl

   

8. 8 Add maltose and sugar

   

9. 9 Mix well

   

10. 10 Place in microwave for 3 minutes

    

11. 11 Take it out and stir every 1 minute
