Clean the purchased pork belly, remove the fat inside, and blanch it in cold water.

Wash the glutinous rice and soak it in water, soak the dried shiitake mushrooms as well, cut them in half, mix the glutinous rice with old wine, oyster sauce and salt, and stir in the shiitake mushrooms.

Because I forgot to take a photo in the third step, I will tell you the method. Stuff the glutinous rice into the cut part of the pig belly and put the salted duck eggs in three places. After stuffing the glutinous rice, seal the opening with a toothpick. Then put it in the pressure cooker, cover the pork belly with water, add old wine and ginger (I used dried ginger slices)

Bring the pressure cooker to a boil over high heat, then reduce the heat to low and cook for about 40 to 50 minutes. Take out the pork belly, cut it with a knife and eat (if it is too light, you can add some salt, do not add chicken essence, the oyster sauce is already very fresh)
