Sweet Apple Circles
Overview
Once I went to a creative restaurant with my best friend for dinner, and one of the desserts was this apple ring. It looked simple enough, so I went home and made my own. It was actually tastier than the one I had at the restaurant! Eat it while it's hot, it's really crispy on the outside and tender on the inside! My mother-in-law and husband didn’t even find out what it was, and both asked what was inside, haha

Prepare materials

Peel the apple

Horizontal slice

Use a grinder to remove the circle in the middle

Beat eggs

Coat bagels with a layer of flour

Then wrap it in a layer of egg wash

Coat it with another layer of bread crumbs

Heat the oil until it is 60% hot

Fry the apple rings until golden brown on both sides

Put on oil-absorbing paper to remove excess oil
