Pickled radish shreds
Overview
Occasionally I got a few radishes, and I pickled some small pickles when I had nothing to do. It saved time and effort. I put coriander and sesame oil when eating. The children liked it very much. It is good for the body to eat some radishes in this season. In addition to the pickled ones, the rest are stir-fried.

Clean the radish.

Cut the cleaned radish into thin strips. My knife skills are not very good.

Add salt, sugar and chicken essence, mix well and serve. When I cook, I don’t know how many grams or something, I just rely on feeling, so I use appropriate amounts for all the seasonings.
