Water spinach in oyster sauce

Prepare the ingredients: water spinach (washed and separated from the leaves and stems), red pepper, and garlic cloves.

Blanch the stems of water spinach over high heat, then remove and drain them into cold boiled water. Smash the garlic and shred the red pepper.

Turn on the heat, pour appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add chopped garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add water spinach stems and stir-fry.

Add water spinach leaves, continue to stir-fry, add oyster sauce, test for saltiness, and then add an appropriate amount of salt.

When the water spinach leaves are almost ripe, add shredded red pepper. Stir well and turn off the heat.

Serve on a platter.
