  1. Prepare the ingredients: water spinach (washed and separated from the leaves and stems), red pepper, and garlic cloves.

  2. Blanch the stems of water spinach over high heat, then remove and drain them into cold boiled water. Smash the garlic and shred the red pepper.

  3. Turn on the heat, pour appropriate amount of oil into the pot, add chopped garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

  4. Add water spinach stems and stir-fry.
