Steps
-
Add cooking wine to chicken legs and cook with ginger
-
After cooling, put it in the refrigerator with a fresh-keeping bag. The purpose of this step is to facilitate tearing in a while. You can also just chill it
-
Also use a vegetable cutter to cut the cucumber into small shreds and add a little salt to control the moisture
-
Use a food processor to cut the onion, ginger, and garlic into cold noodles and add a little bit of sesame oil and stir. Personally, I think adding some sesame oil will help with this noodle. It looks good and tastes delicious but they don’t stand together

Here are all the materials

This is the seasoning I bought randomly at the supermarket. I just like buying these weird things. Whether the salad is delicious or not depends on the seasoning.
-
Friendly reminder: Take the chicken out of the fresh-keeping box and cut the skin into shreds. Follow the procedures to shred the chicken
-
Pour all ingredients into a bowl. Light soy sauce and oyster sauce and vinegar are the main ingredients, you have to adjust it however you want. Adjust
-
Stir evenly and pour into a plate, add in and sprinkle with chopped green onion. Isn’t it beautiful? It’s also very delicious
