Overview
I learned a sauce in a Western restaurant before, and today I paired it with grilled shrimp, and it tasted pretty good. The sauce is a little sweet, so those who don't like sweetness can skip the sauce.

Prepare materials.

Pick out the shrimp lines from the fresh shrimps, clean them and cut their backs.

Put the shrimp in a bowl, add olive oil and salt and marinate for 10 minutes.

Add onions, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, and black pepper to the pot and bring to a boil.
