Hot and sour potato shreds
Overview
The store has been renovated recently and I am so busy that I feel dizzy and my back hurts. However, I still cook for my family on time every day. Spicy and sour potato shreds are Hanhan's favorite dish. It is very appetizing and easy to make.

Peel and wash the potatoes, cut into shreds and wash off the starch.
