Shredded radish with dried shrimps
Overview
This kind of green-skinned radish was only seen after I came to the north. The locals basically eat it raw. I really couldn't bear to eat raw radish for a while, but it tastes good when fried.

Shred the radish.

Put a little oil in the pot, stir-fry onions, ginger and dried shrimps.

When the aroma comes out, add shredded radish and stir-fry.

Fry until the shredded radish becomes soft, add salt, cover the pot and simmer for a while. (If it is too dry, add a small amount of water)

Add light soy sauce to taste.

Sea rice has a salty taste, so be careful about the amount of salt you add.
