Overview
I really like eating strawberries. On a sunny afternoon, let’s make a strawberry cake. No decorating skills are required

Ingredients
Steps
-
Weigh all the ingredients, separate the egg yolks from the egg whites, cocoa powder, cake flour and baking powder and mix them together
-
Beat egg yolks with sugar
-
Beat the egg yolks until they become thick and light in color
-
Add vegetable oil and mix well
-
Pour in the milk and stir evenly
-
Sift in flour mixture
-
Use a rubber spatula to stir into batter
-
Beat the egg whites, divide the sugar into three equal parts, add one third of the sugar when the fish eyes are thick, and continue to beat
-
When it is in a fine state, add one-third of the sugar and continue to beat
-
When lines appear, add the remaining sugar
-
Gently lift the egg beater. If an upright sharp corner appears, it means that the egg whites have been beaten
-
Pour one-third of the egg whites into the batter and mix evenly
-
Use a spatula to stir from bottom to top
-
After mixing, pour into the protein bowl and continue mixing
-
Pay attention to your technique when mixing the batter
-
Pour the batter into an 8-inch round mold
-
Shake it hard on the table a few times to knock out the air bubbles
-
Put it into the preheated oven, turn the heat up and down, 150 degrees, and bake for about forty minutes
-
After baking, take it out and let it cool on a drying net
-
After unmoulding, cut off the surface of the cake
-
Divide the cake into three equal parts
-
Wash and cut strawberries into pieces
-
Whip the light cream until texture appears
-
Lift the egg beater and the pattern will not collapse
-
Pour the buttercream into a piping bag
-
Take a piece of cake and draw a circle from outside to inside
-
Layer with strawberries
-
Repeat steps for the second layer
-
For the third layer of decoration, you can use other fruits or decorate flowers. I'm lazy, so I just put it up casually
