Sweet and Sour Little Potatoes
Overview
Potatoes appear very frequently on my family's dining table, because my little friend inherited my genes and loves to eat potatoes. There are various ways to cook them, such as stir-fried shredded potatoes, spicy and sour potato shreds, braised beef with potatoes, and French fries made with potatoes. My little friend all eats them with a numbing aroma. So after continuing with the sweet and sour pork loin, I used potatoes to make this sweet and sour mini potato. In the end, it suited the tastes of all members of our family. I love sweet and sour dishes no matter how they are cooked, because I love both sweet and sour dishes

Peel and cut potatoes into small cubes, add appropriate amount of salt and soak in water.

Drain the water from potatoes, add egg white flour and mix well

Let the small potatoes be evenly coated with batter.

Add appropriate amount of oil to the pan and heat until 7 minutes, add potatoes.

Fry the potatoes until browned.

Take a bowl, add vinegar, sugar, cornstarch and half a bowl of water and stir to make sweet and sour sauce.

Leave some oil for frying potatoes at the bottom of the pan and add tomato paste.

Fry over medium-low heat until the tomato sauce releases oil

Add the sweet and sour sauce prepared in 6.

Bring to a boil, turn to low heat, and cook until the sweet and sour sauce becomes thick.

Finally sprinkle some sesame seeds.
