  8. Then, preheat the griddle. During this period, we began to make cookie rings. Break off a small piece of dough, roll it into a long strip, and then connect it end to end to form a ring (my hands were very oily, so I didn’t take a picture of this process.), put it in a preheated spatula, and bake it over low heat. If the long strip is thin, bake only one side; if the long strip is thick, bake both sides. I haven’t looked at the specific time, so I’ll judge by breaking it apart and seeing if it’s still wet inside.
