Steps
-
Clean the porcelain spoon.
-
Pat dry with kitchen paper.
-
Dip a small piece of kitchen paper into a little cooking oil and spread a thin layer of cooking oil evenly on the porcelain spoon.
-
Place a small butterfly in the middle of the steamer grate and place the spoon on the steamer grate.
-
Break a quail egg into each spoon.
-
Sprinkle a little salt on top of the egg liquid, cover the pot and steam for about 7-8 minutes.
-
Quail eggs become solidified.
-
Use a spoon to draw a circle around the edge of the quail eggs to release them from the mold.
-
You can also use a toothpick to remove the mold.
-
Place on the plate.

If you are worried about adding salt unevenly, you can also pour a circle of light soy sauce after taking it out of the pot. My kids like to eat ketchup, so they can eat it dipped in ketchup.
