The first thing to appear must be Gujian’s iconic delicacy, osmanthus cake. I don’t know if it’s the right way to make it, but it looks okay and tastes average. It’s not as soft and waxy as the Osmanthus Sugar Cake~ So for those who really want a soft and waxy texture, I suggest you replace the sticky rice flour with glutinous rice flour, mix it into a dough, shape it and steam it in a pot, it will be more delicious~ I will pass on the recipe for the Osmanthus Sugar Cake when I have time~
