Stir-fried cabbage with oil residue
Overview
This is a home-cooked dish that I often ate when I was a kid. Nowadays, it is really not that easy to eat this dish. Stir-fried cabbage with oil residue has both the special aroma of oil residue and the sweetness of cabbage. The combination of two different flavors makes this a common but not suitable home-cooked dish.
