Depp Oven Recipe Scones

Overview

Scones, a must-have snack for traditional British afternoon tea~

Sift together the cake flour and baking powder into a bowl.
Add the softened butter and icing sugar together and mix well by hand.
Add the eggs and milk while mixing slowly to form a dough.
Add the raisins that have been hand-soaked in advance and knead gently.
Wrap the prepared dough in plastic wrap and refrigerate for one hour.
Roll out the refrigerated dough into a 1cm thick sheet
Cut into any shape, place on a baking sheet at intervals, and brush the surface with egg yolk.
Set the Depp oven to fast heat and bake at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes until the surface is golden brown.
