  3. After the fermentation is completed, release the gas

  4. Divide into eight parts

  5. Roll and wake up for 15 minutes (cover with a damp cloth)

  6. Pork floss and bean paste

  7. Wrap the fillings and place on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper (the greaseproof paper has been used and looks a bit burnt)

  8. Put a bowl of hot water on the lower shelf of the oven and put it in the baking pan. Close the door and let it rise again until it doubles in size!

  9. After fermentation is completed, brush with egg wash and sprinkle with black and white sesame seeds (to distinguish between meat floss and bean paste)

  10. The baking process! In order to prevent the color from getting too dark, I covered it with tin foil for 15 minutes

  11. Time's up! Out of the oven

  12. After taking it out of the oven, move it to the grill to dry until warm and store it in a plastic bag
