Mix condensed milk with 150ml warm water, mix with eggs, flour, salt, and yeast and knead until a thin film can be drawn out! This process is a bit long! (Salt and yeast should not come into direct contact)

Make the dough into a round shape and cover with a damp cloth to ferment until doubled in size (dip your finger in flour and poke the dough without shrinking)

After the fermentation is completed, release the gas

Divide into eight parts

Roll and wake up for 15 minutes (cover with a damp cloth)

Pork floss and bean paste

Wrap the fillings and place on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper (the greaseproof paper has been used and looks a bit burnt)

Put a bowl of hot water on the lower shelf of the oven and put it in the baking pan. Close the door and let it rise again until it doubles in size!

After fermentation is completed, brush with egg wash and sprinkle with black and white sesame seeds (to distinguish between meat floss and bean paste)

The baking process! In order to prevent the color from getting too dark, I covered it with tin foil for 15 minutes
