  1. Raw materials;

  2. Use only one egg; wash the shell inside and out, and scramble or fry the other eggs as you like. I use an egg opener to open the eggs, otherwise I wouldn’t be able to make them so neatly~

  3. Stir milk and sugar to melt;

  4. Add an egg liquid and beat evenly;

  5. Filter at least twice to make the egg liquid delicate;

  6. Put the pudding liquid into the eggshells, about eight or ninety percent full; I fixed them with a biscuit mold and placed them on a baking sheet with hot water;

  7. Place a piece of tin foil on the eggshell and bake in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 20 minutes. I chose the biscuit/tart function;
