Ingredients
Steps
-
Except butter, put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix into dough
-
Because the amount of dough was too small, I couldn’t use a bread machine, so I started kneading the dough by hand
-
After 10 minutes, the dough is no longer so sticky and you can pull out a rough and thick film
-
Add room temperature softened butter and continue kneading and beating the dough.
-
After another 5 or 6 minutes, you can pull out a relatively thin film. The whole wheat flour will be slightly rough.
-
Cover with plastic wrap and ferment until doubled in size
-
After exhausting, divide into 2 portions
-
Take one portion and roll it flat, roll it up, and roll it flat again. This is to fully roll out the air bubbles in the dough and make the texture more delicate.
-
All made into olive shapes
-
Sprinkle the bread evenly with bread flour
-
Use a sharp blade to cut out the pattern you like, preheat the oven to 180 degrees, set the middle layer, and bake for about 12 minutes
