Wash the Cantonese-style sausage, put it on a plate and steam it for ten minutes. Turn off the heat, take it out to cool and cut into thin slices.

Tear off the old tendons of the snow peas and wash them. Set aside.

Heat the oil in a pan (medium-low heat), add the snow peas and stir-fry until they change color. Sprinkle in a little salt, add the sliced sausages and continue to stir-fry for another minute, then turn off the heat and serve on a plate.
