Weigh your ingredients. Put all the ingredients except butter and raisins into a bread machine and knead into a ball. After a rough dough comes out, add softened butter and knead for about 30 minutes until it doubles in size.

After exhausting, divide into 8 equal parts.

Make 8 rolls in sequence. Place into an 8-inch spread pan (spread a layer of oil on the bottom of the pan in advance) and place in a warm and moist place to ferment again.

Take an appropriate amount of honey, add a little water, not too thin, and brush an even layer of honey water on the bread base. Preheat the oven to 160 degrees and bake for about 25-30 minutes. Place a baking sheet on top for the first 20 minutes, remove the baking sheet for the next 10 minutes, brush an appropriate amount of honey water on the surface of the bread, and continue baking for 10 minutes.
