Coffee buns
Overview
The only difference between this coffee bun and other small meal buns is that the bread has a batter made with coffee. This humble bit of batter greatly enhances the taste of the bread. While the bread was being baked, a diner at home came in and sniffed: "It smells so good. I could smell it when I went upstairs."

Steps
-
Put eggs, sugar, and vegetable oil in a bowl and stir evenly, then add high-gluten flour, yeast powder, and milk to form a dough. Knead until a thin film can be pulled out and ferment until it is 2.5 times in size
-
Remove the air from the fermented dough, divide it into 9 parts and roll into balls, then ferment for 15 minutes
-
After the re-fermentation is completed, roll the dough into a ball again, put the dough into the tart tray, and ferment again
-
Use this time to make the coffee batter. First use 2.5ml small spoon of boiling water to dissolve the instant coffee powder
-
Add powdered sugar and olive oil to the dissolved coffee liquid and stir evenly,
-
Add the beaten egg liquid in three batches and mix evenly. Pour in the flour and continue mixing until the batter is smooth
-
Pour chopped walnuts into the batter and mix well
-
After the bread has fermented, squeeze the coffee batter onto the surface of the dough without crowding it to cover the surface. Place in a preheated 180°C oven and bake for about 16 minutes

Bake and enjoy
