Dumpling Skin Pancake
Overview
There are many types of pasta in China, and dumplings are one of the pasta commonly eaten by northerners. When making dumplings, it is inevitable that some dumpling wrappers will be left over. Today I’m going to try a new way to make pasta, turning the dumpling wrappers into thin pancakes. That is to say, this cake does not require kneading dough, but is made with leftover dumpling wrappers. There are about 30 dumpling wrappers left, and I just made one pot, enough for the whole family to eat! It is very convenient and quick. If you have leftover dumpling wrappers when eating dumplings, then make a pancake like this.
