Chrysanthemum mixed with oil and vinegar sauce
Overview
A very refreshing cold dish, but I used red wine vinegar, which changed the taste. You can use other vinegar instead.

Wash the fresh chrysanthemum, drain it, and cut into large sections;

Collect the chopped chrysanthemum in a large bowl;

First put olive oil and red wine vinegar in the seasoning bowl. Experiment with the amount of red wine vinegar. Taste the acidity and adjust the amount yourself;

Add 5 grams of sugar;

Add 2 grams of salt;

Mix all the seasonings together;

Pour the sauce over the chrysanthemum, mix well and serve.
