A very refreshing cold dish, but I used red wine vinegar, which changed the taste. You can use other vinegar instead.

  1. Wash the fresh chrysanthemum, drain it, and cut into large sections;

  3. First put olive oil and red wine vinegar in the seasoning bowl. Experiment with the amount of red wine vinegar. Taste the acidity and adjust the amount yourself;
