For finger biscuits, pour a level spoon of liqueur

Mix the biscuits and liqueur (not too much liqueur, adjust it appropriately according to the amount of biscuits, so that the biscuits are just moist)

Put it into a box, press it tightly with a spoon, and set aside (wash and disinfect the box in advance for later use)

Peel the mango pulp and put it into the food processor cup

Beat the mango puree at high speed for ten seconds and filter it through a filter (the purpose is to filter out the unbroken fiber residue in the mango flesh to avoid poor color of the finished product)

Soak the gelatine powder in some drinking water for a while
