Many people don’t like animal offal, but our young man has loved eating it since he was a child. I think there are two main reasons: 1. It is meat, and 2. you don’t have to worry about bone spurs when eating it. In addition, eating some animal offal in moderation is good for your health, so my family will buy some from time to time. It may be fried or braised, but I have never eaten it grilled. Just years ago, I won a box of Korean seasoning gift packs. It not only contained chicken essence, fried chicken powder, and miso soup seasonings, but also various flavors of barbecue sauce. Prepare all ingredients
