Steamed okra with garlic vermicelli

This is my first time making okra. I used to like to eat okra crispy, but I found that steamed okra is also delicious.

Prepare the materials and soak the fans in advance.

Mince the garlic, or finely chop it.

Cut off the top of the okra.

After the water boils, add half a spoonful of salt and a little oil and blanch the okra.

After the okra is cooked, spread it in half on top of the vermicelli.

Heat the pan with cold oil and fry the minced garlic over low heat.

Spread the fried minced garlic on the okra, pour half a spoon of soy sauce, half a spoon of water (a spoon for cooking at home), and an appropriate amount of salt.

After the water boils, put it into the pot and steam for 8 minutes.

Take it out of the pan, mix well and it’s ready to eat.
