Overview
I really want to go to Singapore to try the authentic Bak Kut Teh. I have eaten the Bak Kut Teh pot base at Ding Ding Xiang before. It is said to be their signature pot base. I really like it after eating it once. When I was visiting the legendary Gaoda Shang Market, I saw a seller selling bak kut teh seasoning packets. I bought them but haven’t tried them yet. Today is the last day before the holiday ends, so I use the frozen pork ribs in the refrigerator to try making this delicious dish!
