Prepare materials.

Put the milk, egg liquid, sugar, and salt into the bread machine, add high-gluten flour, and add yeast on top. Start the dough kneading process.

After 15 minutes, add softened butter and continue kneading. When the dough is ready to be pulled out and touched, fermentation begins.

Ferment until doubled in size.

Take out the risen dough, deflate it and roll it into a round piece.

Use the donut mold to make a donut.

Cut the oil paper into squares and place the pressed donuts one by one.

Put a bowl of water under the oven and put the green dough into it for secondary fermentation. Let it double in size.

Add an appropriate amount of oil to the pot and heat the oil to about 120 degrees. Add in the risen donuts. Remove the greased paper.

Flip quickly and fry until both sides are lightly browned.

Remove and use kitchen paper to absorb excess oil.

Prepare white chocolate.

Melt dark chocolate over water.

Dip drained donuts into melted chocolate.

Sprinkle the sugar needles evenly.
