Boil the raw pig intestines in water for about 15 minutes, wash them with clean water and cut them into diagonal strips. Put the cleaned large intestine into a wok, stir-fry until the large intestine is oily, and set aside for later use

Put a little oil in the pot, add dried chili pepper and saute until fragrant, be careful not to burn it. Add the large intestine fried in the previous step. Stir-fry until the skin of the large intestine turns brown.

Add water, bring to a boil and cook for about 5 minutes

Place the large intestine from the previous step into the pressure cooker and press for about 6 to 8 minutes. If you like your large intestine softer, you can extend the pressure cooker time. Remove from the pan and place in the wok. If you don’t have a pressure cooker. This step can be omitted. But in the previous step, you must add more water and cook for at least 30 minutes before the large intestine is cooked.
