Raisin pancake
Overview
Like pancakes. It’s a bit monotonous to always eat white noodles. So now I’m making two-waist pancakes of cornmeal and white flour. It's both delicious and nutritious.

All ingredients are fermented. the night before. In the morning, knead the dough, divide it into small doughs, and roll out the cakes.

Brush the pan with oil, lower the heat, and fry the pancakes slowly. Turn over frequently.

Use sunflower oil. Won't eat fat.
