Boil lard
Overview
Many Chinese pastries use lard, and Chinese medicine believes that lard has the functions of tonifying deficiency, moistening dryness, and detoxifying, and can treat dryness of internal organs, difficulty in defecation, dry cough, and chapped skin.

Rinse the pork suet with clean water and cut into small pieces with a knife

Pour into the pot

Add half a bowl of water

Stir-fry until the water dries up

Turn to low heat and simmer slowly, stirring in between

Slowly the lard is boiled out and the oil residue shrinks
