  1. Prepare an eggplant hob to cut into pieces

  2. Spare ribs sauce (I used the Lee Kum Kee brand)

  3. Dice ginger and cut green pepper

  4. Heat the pot, then wait until the water is almost dry, then add a little oil and lightly fry the noodles! Set aside!

  5. Put oil in the pot, then stir-fry the ginger and green pepper

  6. Then put the eggplant into the pot and fry together.

  7. Then add 1 tablespoon of cooking wine for a very fresh taste, and then add two tablespoons of pork rib sauce. Stir fry for 5 minutes.

  8. Plate and wait to eat.
