-
Prepare the ingredients. For pork, choose tenderloin. If you like a little fatter meat, you can also choose skinless pork belly
-
Slice the pork, add half an egg white, an appropriate amount of starch, light soy sauce, salt, cumin powder and cooking wine and marinate for half an hour
-
Use toothpicks to skewer the marinated pork piece by piece
-
Slice the green and red peppers, cut the dried peppers into sections and wash them with warm water
-
Heat a large amount of oil in a pan, heat it until 50% to 60% hot, then fry the meat slices over medium high heat until golden
-
Turn to high heat and fry for a few seconds before taking it out to draw out the oil in the meat
-
In another pot, stir-fry some white sesame seeds in a dry pan and set aside
-
Add appropriate amount of oil to the pot, stir-fry the onions, ginger, dried chilies
-
Stir-fry until fragrant, add green and red peppers and stir-fry until raw
-
Add the fried meat slices and stir-fry, add an appropriate amount of light soy sauce and stir-fry evenly
-
Sprinkle cumin powder before serving
-
Add white sesame seeds, stir well and serve
