Home-style fried chestnuts
Overview
Every time I walk on the street, I can smell the strong aroma of roasted chestnuts. I wonder if you have ever experienced that feeling of wanting to eat but afraid to buy them. Chestnuts sold outside are said to have added pigments and a lot of bacteria. Many chestnuts in the supermarket are rotten, so this morning when I was going grocery shopping, I saw a vendor selling wild chestnuts, and I bought two kilograms of them without hesitation. At 5 yuan per pound, it’s much cheaper than in supermarkets!

Put the chopped chestnuts into the iron pot. Because I only eat it by myself, I fry very little for the first time. The chestnuts need to be hot to be delicious.

If it’s cracked, then put a few drops of vegetable oil to increase the color. I only put a few drops. Those sold outside must put a lot. In fact, you don’t need that for your own consumption

Once done, it will peel off easily just like before.

Because I made it in a household wok, it looks a little dark, but the taste is still very authentic. In fact, the purpose of making things yourself is to have fun making them and eat with confidence.
