Ingredients
Steps
-
Rinse the peanuts with clean water and control the water
-
Prepare a pan without water.
-
Pour an appropriate amount of oil into the pan, and then pour in the peanuts (note that the two steps are basically at the same time, that is, put the peanuts in the cold oil state)
-
I use a plugged-in pot, and adjust the heat according to my personal pot. Don’t make it too high, otherwise the peanuts will burn. Use dry chopsticks to stir the peanuts frequently to heat them evenly.
-
After the peanuts are fried for a while, many of the skins will have small cracks. This state is basically fine (or the peanuts can be cooked when they are a little crispy)
-
Remove the peanuts with a clean water-free slotted spoon
-
Put it in a clean water-free container and let it cool (I put it on tin foil)
-
After the peanuts are cooled, sprinkle some fine salt, shake evenly, and eat, it will be crispy and fragrant.
