Jiaozuo Boai Beef Meatball Soup❤️China on the tip of the tongue
Overview
During New Year's Day, a family of four went to my grandparents' house in Jiaozuo to celebrate the festival. On the way back, I went to Boai County to buy fried beef meatballs with small crispy meat. Jiaozuo's dry fried beef balls are very delicious. The authentic ones are Boai County's dry fried beef balls. In Zhengzhou, there are many shops selling Boai beef meatball soup, and the business is booming. These meatballs are mainly made of beef and sweet potato starch. Mixed and fried with spice powder, it is great whether it is steamed bowl, stew, hot pot, or meatball soup. The meatballs are chewy and delicious. When you take a bite, you can see the large pieces of beef, full of meaty aroma. Anyone who has seen China on the Tip of the Tongue knows that Boai meatballs are very famous in the local area. During the Chinese New Year and festivals, they will be given to friends from out of town to taste ❤️❤️

Ingredients
Steps
-
Beef jerky meatballs, very hard and durable for storage.
-
Add appropriate amount of warm water to soak.
-
Soak until it becomes larger in size and can be pinched, but it should not be soaked too soft or it will not taste good when cooked.
-
Wash and chop garlic sprouts and coriander.
-
Put chopped coriander and garlic sprouts in a bowl, add salt and white pepper.
-
Put water in the pot. After the water boils, put the meatballs in and cook for 2 minutes (you can also use beef bone broth to cook).
-
The meatballs are scooped out, topped with soup, and served with local old-noodle sesame cakes. If you like spicy food, add some beef-fried chili peppers. It’s so satisfying and makes you feel warm all over after eating it.
