Prepare the ingredients, a pack of instant noodles, an egg, a carrot, and an appropriate amount of fish, tofu and fish balls.

Slice the carrots, chop the onions and garlic, and prepare the red pepper and Sichuan peppercorns.

Make water and boil the water below.

Cook for about a minute and remove from the pan.

Place the eggs in boiling water, remove and set aside if they change color.

Heat another pan with cold oil.

Add onion, garlic, red pepper, and Sichuan peppercorns and sauté until fragrant.
