As a side dish - roasted chicken liver with onions
Overview
I bought a lot of onions and animal offal last week. No one in the family liked to eat them except me, and I ate them for several days. Today I’m going to make spicy chicken liver. It’s very simple to make.

A large collection of raw materials.

Slice the potatoes and onions, smash the garlic, cut the dried chilies into small pieces, and shred the ginger.

Remove the blood tendons from the chicken liver, put it into a pot and bring to a boil.

After boiling, remove and rinse.

Heat oil in a pan.

Add shredded ginger, garlic and dried chili and stir-fry until fragrant.

Stir in onions and potatoes.

Pour in chicken livers.
